The average internet provider in the United States is seeing over 80 percent of its traffic coming from the networks that you already know.
If you live in a state that doesn’t have the highest number of internet providers in your state, you may be able to find your own network.
For the NFL, the most popular providers are Verizon and Comcast.
Verizon has a subscriber base of almost 4 million, while Comcast has over 1.5 million.
Here’s a look at how many of the top 10 internet providers are also the most frequently used by NFL fans.
Verizon – Over 40 percent of all internet traffic.
Comcast – Over 32 percent of internet traffic 3.
AT&T – Over 21 percent of IP address 4.
Verizon Wireless – Over 13 percent of Internet address 5.
AT & T – Over 9 percent of network 6.
Cox – Over 6 percent of ISP traffic 7.
Time Warner Cable – Over 5 percent of Comcast’s internet traffic 8.
T-Mobile – Over 3 percent of T-mobile’s internet bandwidth 9.
Sprint – Over 1 percent of Sprint’s internet 10.
U.S. Cellular – Over 0.8 percent of U. S. Cellular’s internet access.
